Bring the timeline, not only the symptom

We begin with a detailed history. It can help to bring a medication and supplement list, relevant prior results, the timing of major changes and the questions you most want answered.

You do not need to diagnose yourself before the visit. The goal is to give your provider a clear, accurate picture.

Testing is selected, not automatic

Your provider may recommend testing when it can help answer a defined question. Possible categories include hormones, nutrient status, inflammatory and autoimmune markers and comprehensive stool testing.

That list does not mean every patient needs every test. Ask why a test is being considered and how the result may affect your next steps.

Expect a plan that can be reviewed

Your personalized plan should be understandable: what we are addressing, what you are being asked to do and when progress will be reassessed.

We offer in-person care in Boise and secure video visits when appropriate. Our team can explain which format fits your requested care.
